Free Iphone 5 Kickstand made from Panda Express Chopsticks

Ok, so I got my new Iphone 5 and was wanting to watch some video on it and wanted a kickstand, or an Iphone 5 stand of some sort.   But since accessories for the Iphone 5 seem to be few and far between so far I had to improvise.  Besides FREE beats paying for one anyday.

So, first thing you need to do is have lunch at Panda Express.  Already off to a great start!  Save your chopsticks.

These are not the best quality chopsticks but for our purpose they are perfect.  I wish their chopsticks were as good as their food.  These chopsticks come as a single piece that you have to pull apart to use.  DON'T pull them apart.

Cut a section out of the end of the chopsticks the width of your Apple Iphone 5 or whatever phone or case you are using.

Cut down the chopsticks to a length that works for you and the angle you want to put your Iphone 5 at.  I made mine 3 inches long.

Works great with the Iphone 5 without a case or if you use a case make the notch the depth of your case. By moving the kickstand up or down you can change the viewing angle.   My kickstand fits inside my holster for the Iphone 5 so I always have it with me.    It also works in portrait mode as a kickstand for facetime conversations.  Quite a kickstand for the price,  FREE!
